Automatic Renewal Disclosure

Energy Panda provides subscription-based electricity management services. Your Subscription continues on a recurring basis until canceled by you or terminated by Energy Panda in accordance with the applicable customer agreements.

Unless otherwise disclosed during enrollment, the current standard subscription price is: US $9.99 per month Applicable taxes may be added where required by law.

YOUR SUBSCRIPTION WILL AUTOMATICALLY RENEW AT THE END OF EACH BILLING PERIOD UNLESS YOU CANCEL BEFORE YOUR NEXT RENEWAL DATE.

By purchasing a Subscription, you authorize Energy Panda to automatically charge your designated payment method for each renewal period.

Unless otherwise disclosed during enrollment:

• Billing occurs monthly
• Charges are generally processed on or about the anniversary date of your original subscription purchase

Billing dates may vary slightly due to weekends, holidays, payment processing, or banking delays.

By accepting this Disclosure, you authorize Energy Panda and its authorized payment processors to:

• Charge your selected payment method
• Process recurring subscription payments
• Retry failed transactions where appropriate
• Collect applicable taxes
• Process authorized refunds or credits

This authorization remains in effect until your Subscription is canceled.

You may cancel your Subscription at any time by:

• Logging into your Customer Portal
• Visiting the cancellation page on our website
• Contacting Customer Support
• Any other cancellation method provided by Energy Panda

Unless Applicable Law requires otherwise, cancellation becomes effective at the end of your current paid billing period.

Energy Panda does not charge an early termination fee for canceling your monthly Subscription. However, cancellation does not entitle you to a refund for the unused portion of a billing period unless required by Applicable Law or Energy Panda's Refund Policy.

Energy Panda reserves the right to modify subscription pricing. If subscription pricing changes, Energy Panda will provide advance notice consistent with Applicable Law before the revised pricing becomes effective.

Energy Panda may modify billing practices or renewal procedures from time to time. Material changes affecting recurring billing will be communicated in accordance with Applicable Law.

By completing your purchase, you acknowledge that:

• You understand that your Subscription automatically renews
• You authorize recurring billing until you cancel
• You understand how to cancel your Subscription
• You have had an opportunity to review the Terms of Service, Subscription Agreement, Billing & Cancellation Policy, and this Automatic Renewal Disclosure

For transparency, Energy Panda recommends displaying the following disclosure immediately before the customer completes checkout:

Your subscription is $9.99 per month plus applicable taxes. It automatically renews each month until canceled. You may cancel at any time through your account or by contacting Customer Support. By clicking "Start Subscription," you authorize recurring monthly charges to your selected payment method.

Energy Panda may maintain records demonstrating customer acceptance of this Disclosure, including:

• Date and time of acceptance
• IP address
• Device information
• Browser information
• Account identifier
• Version of the Disclosure accepted
• Authentication records
• Electronic signature or checkbox confirmation

These records may be retained in accordance with the Privacy Policy and applicable legal requirements.
