Limited Power of Attorney

You hereby appoint Energy Panda as your limited attorney-in-fact solely for the purposes described in this Limited Power of Attorney. This appointment is strictly limited and does not grant Energy Panda general authority to act on your behalf.

The sole purpose of this Limited Power of Attorney is to permit Energy Panda to perform limited administrative activities reasonably necessary to provide your Energy Panda Subscription Services.

You authorize Energy Panda to:

• Obtain historical electricity usage
• Obtain utility account information
• Obtain ESI IDs or similar service identifiers
• Request account status information
• Obtain contract expiration dates
• Review rate classifications
• Receive information reasonably necessary to administer your Subscription

Energy Panda may communicate with:

• Retail Electric Providers
• Utility Providers
• Transmission and Distribution Utilities
• Municipal utilities
• Electric cooperatives
• Authorized utility representatives

for purposes relating solely to your electricity service.

Energy Panda may:

• Request electricity pricing
• Request contract proposals
• Compare available electricity plans
• Review available provider offers
• Analyze contract options

Where separately authorized by you, Energy Panda may:

• Prepare enrollment documentation
• Submit enrollment requests
• Coordinate provider transitions
• Coordinate contract renewals
• Verify enrollment status
• Confirm administrative details

Nothing in this LPOA authorizes Energy Panda to execute electricity contracts on your behalf unless you separately authorize that action in writing and Applicable Law permits it.

Energy Panda may provide information reasonably necessary to complete identity verification, including:

• Driver's license information
• Government-issued identification
• Utility account information
• Address verification
• Other information reasonably necessary to complete authorized Services

This Limited Power of Attorney does not authorize Energy Panda to:

• Borrow money
• Open bank accounts
• Sign checks
• Transfer funds
• Purchase real estate
• Sell property
• Sign leases
• Enter unrelated contracts
• Make healthcare decisions
• Make tax decisions
• Make legal decisions
• Exercise voting rights
• Conduct financial planning
• Execute documents unrelated to electricity management

You remain responsible for all decisions regarding:

• Electricity provider selection
• Contract acceptance
• Contract length
• Payment of electricity bills
• Utility service
• Cancellation decisions

unless Applicable Law and your separate written authorization expressly permit Energy Panda to act within defined parameters.

Nothing in this Limited Power of Attorney transfers ownership of:

• Utility accounts
• Electricity contracts
• Personal property
• Financial assets
• Real property

This Limited Power of Attorney becomes effective upon your electronic execution.

Unless earlier revoked or terminated, this Limited Power of Attorney remains effective while your Energy Panda Subscription remains active.

You may revoke this Limited Power of Attorney at any time by providing written notice to Energy Panda. Revocation:

• Does not invalidate actions already taken in reliance upon this LPOA
• Does not cancel your Subscription
• Does not cancel your electricity agreement
• May limit Energy Panda's ability to provide Services

This Limited Power of Attorney automatically terminates upon the earliest of:

• Written revocation by you
• Termination of your Subscription
• Death of the Principal, to the extent required by Applicable Law
• A court order terminating the authority granted herein
• Any event that terminates the LPOA under Applicable Law

You acknowledge that you:

• Have read this Limited Power of Attorney
• Understand the authority being granted
• Understand the limitations placed upon Energy Panda
• Have had the opportunity to ask questions before executing this document

You agree that your electronic acceptance constitutes your legally binding electronic signature.

This Limited Power of Attorney shall be governed by the laws of the State of Texas except where superseded by Applicable Law.

By selecting "I Agree", signing electronically, or otherwise accepting this Limited Power of Attorney, you voluntarily grant the limited authority described herein.
