Utility Enrollment Authorization

The purpose of this Authorization is to permit Energy Panda to perform administrative, enrollment, and electricity management activities on your behalf in connection with your Energy Panda Subscription. This Authorization is limited to the activities expressly described herein.

You authorize Energy Panda to obtain, review, receive, and maintain information relating to your electricity service, including:

• Historical electricity usage
• Monthly consumption history
• Utility account numbers
• ESI IDs or other service identifiers
• Service addresses
• Meter information
• Rate class
• Contract expiration dates
• Current Retail Electric Provider
• Billing history where available
• Account status
• Load profile information
• Other information reasonably necessary to provide the Services

Energy Panda may obtain this information from Utility Providers, Retail Electric Providers, authorized third-party data providers, or other lawful sources.

You authorize Energy Panda to communicate on your behalf with:

• Retail Electric Providers
• Transmission and Distribution Utilities
• Municipal utilities
• Electric cooperatives
• Utility customer service departments
• Enrollment departments
• Billing departments
• Identity verification providers
• Utility data providers

Such communications may include inquiries regarding:

• Enrollment status
• Contract expiration
• Available plans
• Utility account information
• Identity verification
• Service transfers
• Contract renewals
• Administrative matters related to the Services

You authorize Energy Panda to:

• Request electricity pricing
• Obtain contract proposals
• Compare electricity plans
• Evaluate available pricing options
• Review promotional offers
• Analyze available contract structures

Energy Panda may use this information to recommend electricity plans consistent with your Subscription and customer preferences.

Subject to your Subscription preferences and Applicable Law, you authorize Energy Panda to prepare and submit electricity enrollment requests to Retail Electric Providers on your behalf.

This authorization includes the preparation and submission of documentation reasonably necessary to complete an enrollment.

Submission of an enrollment request does not guarantee:

• Acceptance by the Retail Electric Provider
• Availability of pricing
• Approval of credit
• Waiver of security deposits
• Completion of the enrollment

You authorize Energy Panda to monitor your electricity contract and assist with:

• Contract renewal opportunities
• Contract expiration monitoring
• Renewal documentation
• Provider transition coordination
• Administrative communications related to renewals

Where your separate instructions or Applicable Law require additional approval before a renewal or provider change, Energy Panda will obtain such approval before proceeding.

You authorize Energy Panda to collect, verify, and process information reasonably necessary to confirm your identity, including:

• Driver's license information
• Government-issued identification
• Utility account verification
• Address verification
• Fraud prevention information
• Public records where legally permitted

Identity verification may be performed directly or through authorized third-party verification providers.

You expressly authorize Energy Panda to receive, review, securely store, and process your driver's license or other government-issued identification solely for purposes including:

• Identity verification
• Fraud prevention
• Utility enrollment
• Security
• Compliance with Applicable Law
• Customer account administration

Energy Panda will handle such information in accordance with its Privacy Policy.

By executing this Authorization, you represent and warrant that:

• You are the customer of record or otherwise legally authorized to act for the Utility Account
• The information you provide is complete and accurate
• You have authority to grant this Authorization
• You will promptly notify Energy Panda of changes affecting your authority or utility

account.

You agree to cooperate with reasonable requests necessary to complete enrollments, including providing:

• Updated utility information
• Identity verification documents
• Proof of residency where required
• Additional documentation requested by Retail Electric Providers or Utility Providers

Failure to cooperate may delay or prevent Energy Panda from providing the Services.

This Authorization does not authorize Energy Panda to:

• Borrow money on your behalf
• Open financial accounts
• Transfer ownership of property
• Execute agreements unrelated to electricity services
• Incur obligations outside the scope of your Subscription
• Perform any act prohibited by Applicable Law

You may revoke this Authorization at any time by providing written notice to Energy Panda. Revocation:

• Does not invalidate actions already taken in reliance upon this Authorization
• Does not automatically cancel your Subscription
• Does not terminate your electricity contract with your Retail Electric Provider
• May limit or prevent Energy Panda from continuing to provide certain Services

This Authorization remains effective until the earliest of:

• Written revocation by you
• Termination of your Subscription
• Termination by Energy Panda
• Expiration as otherwise required by Applicable Law

Certain records may be retained after termination in accordance with the Privacy Policy and applicable legal requirements.

This Authorization shall be governed by the laws of the State of Texas except where superseded by applicable federal law or the laws of another jurisdiction that mandatorily apply.

You acknowledge that your electronic acceptance of this Authorization constitutes your legally binding electronic signature and has the same force and effect as a handwritten signature.

By selecting "I Agree", signing electronically, or otherwise accepting this Authorization, you acknowledge that you have:

• Read this Authorization
• Understood the authority you are granting
• Had the opportunity to ask questions before accepting
• Voluntarily granted the permissions described herein
